This website is run by Jacob AlHailouni, based in Dubai, UAE. This page explains what information is collected when you use it, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
What I collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, website (optional) and message, sent to me by email so I can reply.
- Messages you send directly by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address, kept briefly for security, for example to stop spam.
- Analytics, if enabled: anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, such as which pages are visited.
How it's used
Only to reply to you, to provide services you ask for, and to keep the site secure. I don't sell your information or add you to mailing lists without your permission.
Cookies
If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Who else processes it
The site is hosted on Netlify, and contact-form emails are delivered through my email provider. If analytics is enabled, Google processes usage data on my behalf.
How long it's kept
Messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for any resulting work, then deleted. Server logs are kept briefly for security.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email me and I'll respond promptly.
